Data Purpose: This recovery data helps local officials, businesses, and residents track our island's progress, identify recovery gaps, and make evidence-based decisions for our community's continued restoration.
One rentable hotel room, timeshare unit, or short-term rental unit typically generating bed tax revenue.
Pre-Hurricane Ian value used as the 100% recovery target. The measurement period varies by metric as noted in descriptions.
The fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30.
Current value divided by the pre-Ian baseline, expressed as a percentage to show progress toward full recovery.
