Lodging Key
One rentable hotel room, timeshare unit, or short-term rental unit typically generating bed tax revenue.
Baseline
Pre-Hurricane Ian value used as the 100% recovery target. The measurement period varies by metric.
Fiscal Year
The fiscal year runs from October 1 through September 30.
Recovery Percentage
Current value divided by the pre-Ian baseline, expressed as a percentage showing progress toward full recovery.
